Cumulatively we have over 40 years between us in the industry, with a great array of skills from account and project management, design, development, SEO and Social Media. Douglas, our founder and Managing Director, has been entrepreneurial for as long as he can remember. After leaving university and during caddying for Professional Golfers on the European Tour Douglas set up a few small enterprises with varying levels of success. Learning lots of valuable lessons along the way, he set up White Digital in January of 2015. Buying the agency, he used to work for, 18 months later gave White Digital a real fast forward, whilst also helping provide valuable support to previously unvalued customers.
All of this experience has left Douglas and, vicariously, White Digital a really strong understanding of good business values. We have a rule here that everything we do MUST be Win/Win. If both parties don’t end up happy, we will walk away. Secondly, we are fiercely fair, making sure everything we do is openly quoted for and project specifications are gathered in great detail to ensure we produce something that, not only is each customer happy with, but that performs and converts as a marketing tool.
